We are a small Dubrovnik rental company, not a franchise desk. Our office sits in Gruž, two minutes from the cruise port, and our airport team meets every booked flight at Čilipi — including the delayed ones. Every car is under three years old, serviced in our own workshop, and handed over with a full tank and zero paperwork games.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a credit card or a deposit?
Economy class needs no deposit at all — a debit card is fine. Other classes hold a €200–€400 pre-authorization on a credit or debit card, released within 7 days of return.
Is insurance really included in the price?
Yes. Every rate includes CDW (collision damage waiver) insurance, theft protection and third-party liability. The only optional extra is zero-excess cover at €9 per day, which drops your excess to €0.
Can I pick the car up at Dubrovnik Airport?
Yes — our airport lead meets you at the arrivals exit at Čilipi (DBV) with your name board. We track your flight, so a delay never cancels your pickup. Airport pickup carries no extra fee.
Can I drive the rental car to Montenegro or Bosnia?
Yes, with a €45 cross-border pack that includes the green card. Kotor and Mostar are both comfortable day trips. Just tell us at booking so the paperwork is in the glovebox.
What is your fuel policy?
Full-to-full. You get the car with a full tank and return it full — the fairest policy in the industry, with no refuelling markup.
What happens if I cancel?
Cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before pickup and we refund everything. Inside 48 hours we charge one day of the rental; no-shows are charged in full.
How old do I need to be to rent?
Minimum 21 for economy and compact (23 for SUV, convertible and van), with a licence held for at least two years. Under-25s pay a €7/day young-driver fee.
Do American license holders need an International Driving Permit?
Croatian police accept US, UK, Canadian and EU licences in Latin script for tourist stays. An IDP is recommended for US and Canadian visitors but we will rent to you without one.
