We publish every review exactly as it was left on Google — word for word, typos and all. Nothing is edited, shortened, or cherry-picked, and critical reviews stay up alongside the good ones. This page explains how that works.
Why are there no reviews here yet?
Because we are newly launched online, and reviews are still accumulating. Rather than fill this page with invented praise, we keep it honest: you will not find a fabricated testimonial, a made-up star rating, or an invented score badge anywhere on this site. Real reviews will appear here as guests leave them on our Google listing — and not a moment sooner.
What is our review policy?
Three rules, applied without exception:
- Unedited. Every review is republished word for word as the guest wrote it on Google. We fix nothing, not even spelling.
- All of them. Positive, mixed, or negative — if a real renter left it, it goes up. We do not remove or bury critical reviews.
- One verified source. We republish reviews only from our Google listing, so anyone can cross-check the original.
How do you leave a review after your rental?
After you return the car, we send one short email with a direct link to our Google listing. Writing a review takes about two minutes and needs a Google account. We never offer discounts or gifts in exchange for reviews — that breaks Google’s rules and defeats the point.
What happens with critical feedback?
Paula, who runs bookings and guest relations, replies to every critical review personally — no templates, no boilerplate. If we got something wrong, we say so and fix it.
