We reply with one price for the vehicle, within an hour during office hours (08:00 to 20:00, Dubrovnik time), or early the next morning. Nothing is paid in advance for a request, and cancelling is free up to 24 hours before the pick-up. Sending the form means you accept the terms, the cancellation policy and the privacy policy.

What happens after you send the form?

A person reads every request and replies by email within an hour during office hours (08:00 to 20:00, Dubrovnik time), or early the next morning, with one price for the vehicle and the exact meeting point. You confirm by replying, nothing is charged online, and cancelling costs nothing up to 24 hours before the pick-up.

  1. We check the trip, the date and which vehicle fits your group and its luggage.
  2. You get the price in writing, with what it covers: the driver, fuel, tolls, luggage and VAT.
  3. On the day, the driver meets you at the agreed place, and you pay at the end of the journey.
